What do you need for an estimate?
Share the main workflows, user roles, platforms, integrations and any deadline constraints. Existing designs or documents help but are not required.
Is a conversation a commitment to a project?
No. An enquiry or call creates no obligation. Work begins only after scope and terms are agreed in writing.
Do you offer a discovery phase?
Yes. Discovery produces a backlog, prototype, architecture outline and estimate before a larger commitment.
Can we start with a small engagement?
Yes. Many clients begin with discovery, a pilot or a single feature before expanding.

Which tools do you use?
We adapt to your tools, commonly Jira, GitHub or GitLab, Slack or Teams, Figma and Confluence.
Can you take over a project from another team?
Yes. We start with a technical review and knowledge transfer before agreeing priorities.

Which AI models do you use?

Who owns the project accounts?
Account ownership and access are agreed for each engagement. We recommend that hosting, store and third-party accounts are held by your organisation.
Who owns the code?
Ownership of code and deliverables is defined in the agreement, including how third-party and open-source licences apply.
Will you sign an NDA?
Yes. Let us know before sharing confidential information so terms can be agreed first.
